The 88007000 Adjustable Thermostat is a replacement part that completes NuTone's the attic program.
Once the attic fan is installed in your attic, this automatic thermostat turns the unit on and off to exhaust heat buildup. The thermostat comes preset to activate the fan at 110 degrees, start temperature can be reset within range of 60 - 120 degrees to suit your individual needs.
