This oval mirror from the "Donatello" family by Kichler creatively blends two aesthetic influences into a compatible whole. An outgrowth of the Arts & Crafts movement, the Mission style was characterized by a relatively simple, functionalist design. At the same time as the Mission style flourished, so did Art Nouveau which is immediately identified by the curving tendrils of iron, often integrated with flower & leaf motifs.
